These terms apply to the use of all offered mobile apps, whether free or paid. By downloading and using the app, you agree to these terms.
The apps are intended for personal use and provide simple offline functionality. They are standalone applications without server connection, user accounts, or cloud services.
By downloading or purchasing an app, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the app for private purposes on your device.
The apps have been developed with great care. However, no guarantee is given for correctness, completeness, or availability. Liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use is excluded.
Our Privacy Policy applies. The apps do not process personal data and operate entirely offline.
Michael Guggenberger reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of use shall apply.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.
